The expanded outdoor lawn and patio at Kingdom Brewing will be serving thirsty adventurers from June to October with live music, outdoor games, fire pits, and some of the most amazing sunsets you will ever see over Big Jay Peak. Come to the wild side and catch the relaxed vibe of the area’s best music in a natural amphitheater while you munch on brick oven pizza, sip fresh craft drafts from the brewery, and take in the majesty of the Northeast Kingdom. This kid and dog friendly location welcomes all like they are family on the 150-foot heated patio or spacious lawn outdoors the way it should be. Just don’t mind the grazing Angus herd if they get a little caught up in the music.

 Dirt Church Brewing Company has a dog friendly beer garden overlooking Burke Mountain Ski area as well as the historic East Haven Chapel, which was built in 1876 and is open to the public during brewery hours. It’s the perfect place to end your day after playing in the mountains and lakes surrounding the Northeast Kingdom.



At Vermont Distillers in Marlboro you can enjoy a cocktail with a 100-mile view from their back deck. Order a maple old fashioned or a berry spritzer to enjoy with the sweeping views of southern Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.

Hogback Mountain Brewing, Inc.
Looking for an inviting riverside dining experience? The covered patio and beer garden at Hogback Mountain Brewery & Taproom has just the thing. Located just one mile from the center of Bristol, the brewery and taproom has something for everyone. Bring the whole family, including the dog, for yard games and local music during the Outdoor Summer Concert Series. Sit under the covered patio, at picnic tables in the yard overlooking the New Haven River, or in the front patio area, which is perfect for people watching.

Foley Brothers Brewing 

 Foley Brothers beer can now be enjoyed at its three locations around the state. Each location is family and pet friendly, offers tons of outdoor seating, freshly made food, and of course, a delicious lineup of brews. The brewery location at 79 Stone Mill Dam Road in Brandon is where the beer is made! Tastings are held in the 1800s barn along with light fare. Foleys Taco and Bean on 22 Park St. in Brandon features fresh tacos, burritos, beer, and margaritas. Foleys Beer Garden, 20 Quechee Gorge Village Dr. in Quechee, is less than a mile from one of Vermont’s most visited tourist attractions— the Quechee Gorge—and the first Shaved Ice operation in Vermont.

Stone Corral Brewery 

 Whether wrapping up a ride on the vast Richmond Vermont Mountain Biking Trails, finishing up a paddle or a float down the river, or just looking for a change of scenery, Stone Corral Brewery’s Bier Garden is ready for you. A short drive from Burlington, discover over 12 craft beers on draft, plenty of options for to-go beverages, and a food menu designed to please. Not feeling a beer? That’s ok—an extensive cocktail program and a range of house-made NA beverages, including root beer, kombucha, and seltzer, are available to quench your thirst. There is truly something for everyone. Well-behaved dogs welcomed, but no racoons—never again.

Caledonia Spirits 
The Gin Lane patio at the Barr Hill distillery, located in Montpelier, offers a welcoming space along the sun-soaked banks of the Winooski River, perfect for lounging and relaxing through the warm summer months. Enjoy locally inspired al fresco cocktails highlighting their award-winning spirits, along with beer, wine, mocktails, and a delicious array of small plates to pair with your libations.
Throughout the summer the patio hosts frequent live music, pop-up food trucks, and a variety of fun community events. It’s the perfect place to soak up the majesty of summer in Vermont.



The Whetstone Beer Co. Bier Garten is an amazing rooftop deck and bar, perched along the Connecticut River at the confluence of the brewery’s namesake, Whetstone Brook.  Open every day in season, the Bier Garten features expansive and amazing views of the river valley and offers 14 of Whetstone’s draft beers as well as a full pub menu. Sunday afternoons from Memorial Day through Labor Day you can also enjoy live music while you watch the sunset over the green mountains.
