Founded by Justin McCarthy, former Zero Gravity Craft Brewery director, and Adam Shirlock, the brewpub features eclectic pub fare by head chef Jeff Silver, including tater-tot poutine and karaage chicken sandwiches. Beverage director Rob Karmin offers a variety of drinks, from Old World wines to boozy milkshakes.
Their initial beers, an IPA, American-style pale ale, and pilsner-style lager, are brewed at Zero Gravity until Lot Six’s own system is ready. Enjoy unique and traditional brews exclusively at the brewpub!
