Yoga Sculpt with Elaine
This class is a fusion of Yoga, Pilates and Barre incorporated in a Vinyasa style flow while sculpting and toning your muscles using your own body weight. The focus is to bring functional flexibility and proper alignment back to the body. All levels are welcome and modifications always given.
