Matt Edwards is a native of Louisiana now living in Bennington. He first started playing in restaurants and bars at age 15 and has developed a repertoire over the years of standards, jazz tunes, pop songs, and original compositions. Besides playing in local clubs as a solo pianist, Matt fronts the band Buck2Fifty and is an educator, having taught public school and at Bennington College. Matt is known for taking a familiar tune and adding a funky flare that gives new life to old favorites. No cover charge.
