Join us for a Latin dance social featuring timba, salsa, son, bachata, merengue, and more on Saturday, July 18th from 6-9 pm! Proceeds will support the Cuban people.
Location: RWB Community Center, 48 Lebanon St., Hanover, NH
$15 suggested donation, cash only please, includes a beginner rueda de casino class from 6-6:45 pm and open dancing until 9 pm. Snacks/drinks provided but feel free to bring something to share (no alcohol).
Casino is an elegant and energetic partner dance that originated in Cuba in the 1950s from son, chachachá, and danzón. Rueda de casino is a fun and dynamic group dance that involves switching partners and performing moves in unison according to a caller.
Join us for a fun and friendly dance! No partner needed, beginners welcome.
